Fine Art Appraisals

Initial on-site consultation is scheduled for a review of the client’s inventory. Following an in-person assessment, the appraiser will prepare an agreement contract with estimated hours, not to exceed for inventory, research, compiling the report with comparables and completion. Upon signature of the agreement a deposit of half the estimate is required to secure or commence the project. The client will receive an extensive bound report and digital file in USPAP format documenting the collection or inventory.
